Peter supports new industry research and consensus-building projects, currently focusing on impact portfolio construction and frameworks for measuring and managing impact. Prior to joining Impact Frontiers, he was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and at the American University of Paris. He also spent two years at the University of Oxford as a research fellow in the Department of Economics, focusing on financial crises and international capital flows. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of New Hampshire, and a BA from the Evergreen State College.
