Rathi supports new industry research and consensus-building projects, currently focusing on impact performance reporting. Before joining Impact Frontiers, Rathi was Associate Vice President of Impact at SDS Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based impact fund manager. In this role, she collected and analyzed social, economic, environmental and fiscal impacts relative to SDS investments and managed all project and fund-level impact reporting. She has also done consulting work with Health Management Associates where she focused on addressing social determinants of health including housing and homelessness, early childhood education, and poverty. Her work included process improvement for opioid systems of care for the California Department of Health Care Services, evaluation of interim and emergency housing strategies for the County of Los Angeles, and strategic planning to address poverty for the City of Los Angeles. Rathi holds a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA and a BA from Denison University.
