Marina Silva-Rodriguez

Marina is an Associate at Impact Frontiers, supporting research and field-building projects. She brings a diverse background at the intersection of innovation and impact, with experience spanning startups, government, and venture capital across Australia and Europe. Before joining Impact Frontiers, Marina supported founders and helped scale innovation programs in Sydney’s public sector, and most recently contributed to ESG and impact initiatives at Astanor, a leading agri-food impact investor. She holds a double Bachelor degree in Commerce and Arts from the University of New South Wales, majoring in International Business and Development Studies with a minor in Environmental Humanities. Marina was awarded the Kamal Bamadhaj Memorial Prize for academic excellence.
